Appart cozy metropolitan atmosphere bright and functional with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor of a small building without lift, 5 min. walk from the station (1 train every 20 minutes on average to Lille, travel time approx. Everything on foot: restaurants, shops, cinema, media library, Belfry (UNESCO listed monument). Tourist Office at 200 m. PRACTICAL: a supermarket "Carrefour City" just meters from the building, open 7/7 from 7am to 22h.
Possibility to park the car at the bottom of the building (parking fee, 0.50 € / hour, limited to 2h, first 30 minutes FREE, free between 12h and 14h and 18h and 9h) or on the parking lot train station, free and a few minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 5 people (one bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 bunk beds + 1 trundle bed). Total area: 40 m2
Ideal for large families: possibility to stay at 10 by renting the twin apartment located upstairs below, in the same building, also visible on the site (ad "Full center, 5 minutes. Lille and Fromelles, N. 2 "). umbrella and chair bed on loan if required.
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine "DOLCE GUSTO" and iron and ironing board.
To facilitate your arrival, we put at your disposal the basket "The essential" which includes: Household product Multi Surfaces, Sponges, Liq. Dishes, 2 Tablets Dishwasher, 1 garbage bag, 1 roll Toilet Paper, Soap, Shampoo, Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Tea, coffee, sugar. Sheets and towels (sponge towels, bath mats and kitchen towels) are provided.
