Loved this little gem. Great communication, clean with lots of room and amazing views. You’ll need to pay for towels, sheets and the end of stay clean but as it’s reasonably priced this was fine with us. I really recommend this as a place to stay and hope to come back sometime.

Everything about this location was great, except for one detail…
For first (3) days major construction occurred on nearby apartments within our building, starting early at 8:00 am loud tile cutting, so loud that you couldn’t carry on a conversation..Owner should have disclosed that information prior to our rental. When we called to complain manager said the work performed was “unknown” to him, I am not buying that story because all construction work in this town requires strict approval from city officials.To be fair, owner gave us an extra night free to compensate us for the noise issue.

Quelques améliorations à apporter dans l appartement Ex. Pas de lumière au plafond dans chambre, étagère dans cuisine, prises de courant non conforme, mais dans l ensemble très bel appartement.

Appartement qui aurait besoin d’être réaménagé car à l’origine il y avait deux appartements qui ont été regroupés et les sanitaires n’ont pas été transformé en conséquence
L’électricité est très ancienne et n’accepte pas les prises actuelles comme un sèche cheveu par exemple
Il y a des infiltrations lorsqu’il pleut dans le séjour et enfin la cuisine est vétuste avec une hotte que l’on doit brancher avec une allonge et les équipements très insuffisants pour 6/8 personnes manque des verres à pieds et un seul saladier en plastique pour le séjour
Enfin il manquait des produits dans le lave vaisselle
Cependant accueil du gardien au top et très belle situation de l’appartement pour la vue et pour profiter de ST Jean de LUZ
