At the end of the vineyard path, you are in a calm environment and you will enjoy an unobstructed view as far as Ajaccio and its surroundings. Facing south, you will enjoy the sunshine in the morning. The rental is ideal for those looking for the calm of the countryside and the proximity of the sea and the city. You are located 10 minutes by car from the first supermarkets, 15 minutes from the sea or 30 minutes from the mountains.
5 mins from the village, you will be delighted with the welcome from the traders: medical office, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, post office, bar, restaurant.
You can enjoy a spacious and shaded terrace and the 4x8m swimming pool (heated depending on the period). with 40 m2 of beach equipped with sun loungers and lounge.
The villa is located on a plot of 2000 m2, the owners who live above have independent access and will give you the best welcome.

La location a répondu à toutes nos attentes avec un logement indépendant, bien équipé, au calme, une très belle piscine et permettant d'accéder facilement aux plages et randonnées autour d'Ajaccio. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et ont fait de leur mieux pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Location irréprochable, spacieuse, très propre, confortable avec vue imprenable sur la montagne. Belle terrasse et tout le confort à l'intérieur de la maison, y compris un lave vaisselle bien appréciable et un équipement électro-ménager au grand complet. A noter que la location est bien située, proche de la mer et des centres commerciaux, et à mi-chemin entre la corse du nord et du sud. En conclusion, excellent rapport qualité prix.
