About this apartment rental
New apartment of type 2 of 50 m² nicely furnished located on the ground floor (half level) of the Villa Côté Plage. It is composed of an entrance hall, a large bright living room with fitted kitchen, a bedroom overlooking the rear of the villa, a separate toilet, a shower room and a '' a beautiful south-west facing wooden terrace with superb views of the beach and the sea.
Two 80x200 beds (or 160x200 version) in the bedroom and a very comfortable convertible (14cm mattress) of 140x200 in the living room.
Adjustable wall LED television and wifi. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Senseo, percolator, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer ...
Duvets and pillows available, the tenant brings his bed linen (duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillow cases ...) and his towels and sheets (possible possibility to rent them directly from us on site).
The villa is ideally located slightly behind the dike, right next to the renowned Place Louis-Marie Cordonnier and its magnificent and unique villas from the beginning of the 20th century. Close (5 minutes on foot) to the main shopping street of the station and 80 meters from the brasserie-restaurant on the dike. Just in front of the supervised beach and 400 meters from the start of walks in the dune massif and the Ecault forest.
Private parking at the back of the building.
No noisy parties or evenings.
Crockery and utensils are sufficient for 4 people. The crockery must be made, clean and put away during the departure. The bins will be sorted and deposited in the ad-hoc room adjoining the villa.

Location is perfect also the apartment itself. It was not perfectly clean and no warm water on day 1. After that we grew on it.

This is a lovely comfortable apartment with a sea view and perfect for an adult couple. The information about linens is confusing and we brought our own duvet. Our cover wouldn’t have fitted the duvet provided. It’s a minor niggle but the additional cleaning charge should have been made clear on Vrbo, not buried in a contract we don’t have easy access to. €45 is a bit steep for a one bedroom apartment with no linens or towels provided.
