Entrance from the street, towards the apartment, is shared. Nearest beach is 150 meters away, center of the village is 350 meters away.

We spent 3 weeks with Family here and enjoyed it fully. The village Center is close and the 2 beaches as well. Non crowded area perfect to relax with crystal clear beaches. We will come back.

We spent two weeks in a quiet well equipped apartment. The rooms were neat and tidy as well as bathroom and the kitchen. In the kitchen we had everything we needed to prepare meals so there is no need to take anything with you.
The owners are very quiet and almost invisible the only thing was a slight difficulty in communication as they speak Croatian and German and we speak Polish and English but mixed languages did their work and we managed to communicate in the must situations.
The apartment is very near to the two beaches which is also very important and a huge plus.
Sumartin is a small town so ideal for family with kids, there are good restaurants not far from the apartment where you can eat delicious seafood pasta and pizza.
We had a wonderful time I recommend it to all who looks for peaceful holiday.
