Ideally located in the heart of the Hautes Alpes in the Durance valley in the village of La Roche de Rame between Ecrins and Queyras, this brand new and charming apartment will welcome you with all the necessary facilities ... large garden, swimming or hiking in a grand nature at your fingertips.
At 150 meters from a lake where swimming is supervised, the water in summer is 23 degrees.
All winter sports (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice rink ..) and summer sports (swimming, swimming in live water, kayaking, rafting, walking, climbing ..) are a few meters, even a few kilometers.
Trade 300 meters away, bread delivery possible every morning.
Briançon and its Vauban fortifications classified as UNESCO heritage are located 20 kms away.
Italy is only 30 kms away.

Outstanding well designed, modern appartment with all comfort and space. Huge garden beside a pittoresque church. Quiet. Free view. Very nice people and owners. Perfect. Really!

We really enjoyed our stay at La Roche de Rame. It is a nice and quiet place in a small village close to the lake. The appartement is very clean, aesthetic and comfortable. We found more than we expected for a pleasant week and enjoyed the large garden, too. Thanks to Muriel for her warm welcome and for the roses.

The apartment is well equipped and was very comfortable for a weeks stay. The location is convenient to walk to the lake, and is off the main road so there is almost no traffic. The bread truck passed in front of the house in the morning which is a nice way to get breakfast and bread for lunch. Beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean. There were nice views of the mountains from both sides of the house.
