First time to La Faviere.

First time to La Faviere.

A large, well equipped, spacious apartment with a decent south facing balcony. The listing on HomeAway seems to position this property in the wrong location however. On their map it is clearly a lot nearer to the beach. In reality it is a good 10 to 15 minute walk down one of the main approaches to the resort. Just something to keep in mind if you take a lot of stuff to the beach with you (like us!). There are also quite a few sets of stairs in the property. There is a lift but bizarrely it only goes to the first floor (this property is on the top floor). Couple of minor points, there is no kettle (We're British so that is an issue - we love tea) and the shower is not great. The wall fixing doesn't really work at all so you end up holding the shower head. When we arrived, the shutter on the bedroom window didn't work at all (was stuck in the open position). We reported this and it was eventually repaired but it took a few days. Ceiling fans are in both the bedroom and main living area and work brilliantly. There is also a stand fan provided for the triple bunk bed area (which was a relief!). All worked very well. The kitchen was a good size and the small oven was very good indeed as was the large fridge. There is secure, underground parking provided too which is a big plus. A quick mention also about Monsieur Briot who represented the owner at the property. He was punctual, friendly, spoke excellent English and handled everything very well. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here and it is very good value compared to other properties in the area.

appartement propre et bien agencé, avec une vue sur un parking arboré, au calme, avec ascenceur. L'appartement comprend un grand salon, deux grandes chambres, une cuisine équipée, une salle de bain avec WC séparés. Il n'est pas loin de la plage, on peut accèder à la piscine ainsi qu'aux cours de tennis (lors de nos vacances en 2009). Le centre ville n'est pas loin également. Pas mal de choses à visiter dans la région. très bonnes vacances que nous avions faites cette année là.

nous avons passé 3 semaines a Bormes les mimosas dans cet appartement Magnifique et agreable a vivre. Il est tres bien equipé tres joliment agencé et fonctionnel ,la plage est a 2 pas ainsi que les commerces . En plus un parking fermé que du bonheur .

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location pendant les vacances de Pâques. Appartement très fonctionnel, grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. Bien situé (pas trop loin des commerces et de la mer)et bien équipé au niveau vaisselle et commodités (lave vaisselle, lave-linge). Balcon appréciable au beau jour. Séjour dans cette belle région très plaisant.

Nous revenons de trois semaines à bormes les mimosas et sommes ravis de l'appartement que nous avons eu. Il est très bien équipé et assez grand pour un appartement de bord de mer. Il ne manque rien, vraiment nous avons été étonné par tant d'équipement, autant la vaisselle que le reste. Il est aussi très propre ce qui est appréciable quand on arrive en vacances dans un endroit que l'on ne connait pas. De plus nous avons été très bien acceuillis je vous le recommande chaudement !!!!
