This holiday house, with a sea view in the municipality of Ploubazlanec, is close to Pors-Even Harbour and Paimpol in the Côtes d'Armor region in Brittany. Surface: 170-m². It can accommodate up to nine people. There are four separate bedrooms: a bedroom on the ground floor (a 140-cm double bed) with en-suite bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs (two with a 140-cm bed, one with a 160-cm bed and a 90-cm bed) There is also an upstairs bathroom (shower) with a toilet. Equipped kitchen: two induction hob, two-ring gas cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. There are terraces, a veranda (with sea view) and a 1500-m² walled garden. The house is located in the Ploubazlanec municipality just above Launay Bay, five minutes on foot from the sea and looks out onto Brehat Island. During the summer months, it is possible to go out to sea with the owner.

Het huis is vrij groot, we waren met vier en dan is het aan de ruime kant. Het heeft een prachtig moderne uitbouw met uitzicht op zee, mooier dan de foto;s doen vermoeden. Dit contrasteert met de ongezellige woonkamer, maar die heb je ook niet zo nodig met de grote uitbouw/serre. Het uitzicht is erg mooi inderdaad. De eigenaren zijn heel aardig en goed van vertrouwen wat prettig is. Onze jongens zijn mee geweest garnalen vissen wat echt een bijzondere ervaring is. Met een bretonse visser mee het water op. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad, het strandje is 5 minuten lopen en je hebt door de hoogte uiteindelijk een mooi uitzicht. Aanrader.

Cette location est idéalement située pour découvrir Paimpol, Île de Brehat, Pontrieux... tout est à moins de 15km. De belles balades pour profiter de la Bretagne. Superbe vue sur mer depuis le séjour et les chambres. Idéal du petit déjeuner à l'apéritif ! 2 terrasses, l'une ombragée, l'autre au soleil. Bref, chacun y trouvera son bonheur !

Wir haben im Juli zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) zwei tolle Wochen hier verbracht. Es war alles einwandfrei: der Empfang und die Betreuung sehr nett, das Haus inkl. der Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, der Weg zum Meer kurz (5 MIn zu Fuß), der Blick aufs Meer zu jeder Tageszeit fantastisch, der Fisch frisch und auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt. Einkausmöglichkeiten gibt es jede Menge in der Nähe. Wir können Gliz Noz absolut empfehlen.

Wir freuten uns, als wir in das Haus eintraten und die schöne Aussicht im Wintergarten sahen. Das Meer, zu jeder Stunde anders. Auch wenn es für die Jahreszeit kühler war, der Wintergarten hat es ausgebügelt. Als mal Sturm war, am anderen Tag den Kamin angemacht, vor allem aber die Gastfreundschaft. Leckere Jakobsmuscheln und Seespinne, ersteres haben wir selber zubereitet. Sehr schöne Spaziergänge zum Meer, sus dem Haus nach 20m den Hang runter, in ein paar Minuten ans Wasser. Für uns noch schöner am Hafen Richtung kl Kapelle, Steinformationen, einfach sitzen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub, und wer im Frühling (Juni) nur warmes Wetter erwartet, der lernt halt, die Bretagne ist anders. Unterkunft ist also zu empfehlen, für 2 Pers., eh zu gross.

Le propriétaires sont charmants, serviables sans occasionner la moindre gêne. On ne peut que souhaiter un contact de ce style. Je mettrais volontiers 5 sur 5, mais j'ai une toute petite réserve (que j'ai très simplement signalée à la propriétaire) car deux chambres situées à l'étage étaient communicantes ce que j'ignorais. Soulignons les services rendus avec tellement de gentillesse que l'on peut espérer y retourner .

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa Gliz Noz. La maison est spacieuse, propreté impeccable. La vue mer fantastique. La proximité de la mer était appréciable. Nous avons aussi fait des marches sur le GR 34 juste en bas de la propriété. Les propriétaires, adorables et très serviables, toujours disponibles si besoin. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons joué aux palets bretons dans le grand jardin. Nous avons également joué à la boule bretonne. Le parking a été bien pensé pour accueillir plusieurs voitures. La plage de Launay à 5 minutes à pied était super pour les baignades quotidiennes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette maison et nous la recommandons vivement

Une maison spacieuse, propre, bien équipée. Un quartier vraiment calme. Et surtout des propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse et donnant de bons conseils pour les visites. La vue sur mer et la proximité de la plage à pied sont bien réelles. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la possibilité de sorties en mer, suivant la disponibilité du propriétaire et la météo. Nous avons passé 2 semaines inoubliable dans cette belle villa pleine de charme un spectacle visuel permanent. Un très gros coup de coeur pour la véranda sa vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan et le jardin (un havre de paix).Nous nous sommes vraiment ressourcer,nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nos remerciements vont aux propriétaires très charmants,sympathiques et attentionnés. Très belle location située près de Paimpol;maison très spacieuse pour 4 couples et très bien aménagée, côté cuisine il ne manque rien 3 fours dont 1 traditionnel; le micro onde et four vapeur .La véranda vue sur mer est très agréable . La propriétaire est très accueillante et fort sympathique ; j'espère que nous pourrons y retourner un peu plus longtemps une prochaine fois. ne pas oublier de passer par la crêperie le moulin de la galette a Lézardrieux
