Perfect for a few days stay in St Raphael. Our favourite aspect was enjoying breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace with lovely sea view. Good wi-fi and everything we needed for our enjoyable week stay.

Vacances au top entre filles, l'appartement est conforme à la description la dame super gentille l'emplacement est nickel, sans voiture la gare est à 200m et la plage aussi. Nous recherchions un appartement avec balcon d'ou on peut apprécier le joli panorama sur la mer et qui soit le plus près possible de la plage. En outre, nous voulions être tout près des commerces et du vieux port alors nous avons été comblés L'intérieur est agréable .

Conforme a l'annonce idéal pour les personne seule ou en couple, appartement bien situé par rapport au plage et commerce à 3mn de la gare il y a tout ce qui faut pour cuisiner la tv ….pas loin des massifs de l'Estérel pour le vtt , les gérant aimable et toujours disponible en cas de problème, je reviens l'année prochaine c'est sur a bientôt

Nous avons séjourné mon mari et moi une semaine dans cet adorable appartement très propre et très bien agencé. La vu sur la mer est magnifique, à 2pas de la plage en plein centre ville nous avons adoré. La propriétaire est très sympathique et vous renseigne bien sûr différent site à visiter. Je recommande cette appartement, nous y reviendrons sans problème.

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cet appartement au début juillet. Mon mari et moi cherchions un endroit central, face à la mer et nous n'avons pas été déçu. L'appartement est très propre et très bien situé. Parfait sans voiture ce qui était notre cas. Bien qu'en centre ville, l'appartement est calme et la plage juste en face et très pratique et agréable, l'eau était propre. Nous retournons volontiers dans cet appartement pour un prochain séjour. La propriétaire, anglaise, est également très sympathique et serviable.

Appartement très agréable, situé en plein centre ville et face à la mer. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine et nous n'avons pas regretté notre choix. Très proche de la gare SNCF et gare des cars, nous avons pu visité les environs sans problème. Vraie vue mer bien dégagée. Quand nous reviendrons à st Raphaël, nous louerons à nouveau cet appartement.

Avons passé une semaine pendant les vacances de Noël, appartement fonctionnel avec une jolie décoration, très bien situé face à la mer, en plein centre ville cependant l'appartement était calme. Il était très propre ce qui est un véritable plus car on a parfois des mauvaises surprises!!! Ville assez animée pendant ces fêtes avec de belles décorations et illuminations. A recommander sans hésitation. Nous espérons le relouer en période estivale! Très bon accueil également.

Nous avons passé une semaine au mois d'octobre dans ce très bel appartement, confortable. L'appartement était très propre et bien situé, en face de la mer et proche de tout, nous n'avions pas de voiture car nous étions venus en train mais ce n'est pas un problème. La propriétaire était très accueillante et serviable. Je recommande vivement cette location pour sa situation et son confort.

Appartement parfait, refait à neuf. Idéalement placé, bien exposé, joli, décoré avec goût, très propre et très fonctionnel. Balcon magnifique qui fait office de pièce supplémentaire pour les petits déjeuners et les dîners (le midi il fait trop chaud !) ;)). Propriétaire et personnes qui accueillent charmantes, agréables et disponibles. Nous reviendrons dès l'année prochaine. Nous y avons passés 15 jours idéaux. Un grand merci.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement rénové, propre ( pouvoir payer le ménage et ne pas le faire soi-même est une bonne idée ) La vue sur la mer, depuis le balcon, est superbe! Tout est à proximité: la mer, la plage, les commerces, la gare, le Casino, etc..., pour nous, c'était l'idéal, pas besoin de voiture. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Nous avons envie de revenir.....

Nous avons passsé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement idéalement placé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, l'apprtement est très propre et fonctionnel de plus situé en plein centre ville, pour les courses pas besoin de voiture, commerce à la sortie de l'immeuble. La plage se trouve en face de l'appartement juste la corniche à traverser et on est pied dans l'eau. Nous avons adorés, la propriétaire est agréable et serviable. Nous y retournerons!!!!!

L'appartement est sale, vétuste, la minuscule salle de bain donne directement sur la cuisine, très mal éclairée. Le parquet est en mauvais état, comme la plupart des pièces, pour lesquelles un rafraîchissement s'impose. Les seuls points positifs sont la proximité de l'appartement avec la plage, la gare, et les commerces, ainsi que la très belle vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. A ne surtout pas recommander, le prix de la location est beaucoup trop élevé par rapport à la prestation proposée!
