The company doesnt allow guest more than the capacity specified above
The guest has to pay a security deposit of 2,000 THB/daily or 10,000THB/monthly at check-in date and will be refunded at check-out date
for monthly excluding electricity bill and water supply bill
Booking confirmation of 50% of total amount of the stay is non-refundable and date cannot be changed once booking is confirmed
Tenants are responsible for any loss and damage of the property
Check in 2 p.m. / Check out at 12:00 pm
Late check out can be request and will be charge the equivalent of 1 night stay.
