House with private for 6 poeple à L'Escala. (Wifi included in the price)
Single storey villa (90 m2), carrer planasses nº 9. Situated approx 1400 m from the sea front – Riells and Montgó beach, shops and restaurants and 5 minutes drive from the village. (Wifi included)
Storey house:
- Lounge/ Dining
- Kitchen
- 3 bedrooms (2 dobles + 1 doble with bathroom and toilet)
- 2 bathrooms with toilet
Outside:
- Enclosed garden
- Terrace
- Private pool 3 m x 6 m
The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.
50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.
Payments will be made by card online.
Pets: NO
VACATION CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED.
The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Credit card)
The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 90 €. (cash)
Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.
Included in the price are water, electricity and gas.

La casa mejor que en las fotos. Y la comunicación con Mell Inmo, muy rápida y buena. Tiene de todo y está muy limpia, además es muy cómoda para pasar unas vacaciones y moverte desde L'escala para ver la zona. El porche es fresquito y limpian la piscina dos veces por semana. Repetiría seguro.
