9 Bedrooms Villa for Rent at Huay Yai
Theres so much at this Villa, you might not want to leave to see the amazing attractions that the rest of the region has on offer. There are three villas with a combined total of nine rooms, all set within a private 23 rai estate. Aside from the aforementioned attractions, there is a huge garden with a maze of walkways, bridges and ponds thats wonderful for an early morning or late evening stroll.
The three villas are all close to one another but are not at all cluttered, so you can have your own privacy and join in with the activities, whenever you feel like it. There is a real Asiatique atmosphere to the whole place and all the features are modern and up to western standards.
In between the three villas is a fantastic mid-garden terrace and snooker pavilion where everyone can come together to enjoy drinks and al fresco dining. With so much going for it, this Villa really is hard to top.

Villa 1
The main villa is two storeys and overlooks the infinity edge pool. In the spacious lounge there is a comfy three piece settee suite that can seat up to six people, as well as a DVD player, Sony surround sound system and a Sony TV with international satellite channels.
The wooden fixtures and fittings, as well as the artworks and carvings, spread a real Thai atmosphere throughout the Villa. There is a bedroom situated on the ground floor through which the lounge can be accessed through quaint wooden shutters.
The bedroom has two sections, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, perfect for families with two kids. There is also a guest bathroom with showers, a wash basin and western toilet.
There are two more bedrooms upstairs, both with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Both rooms contain flat-screen TVs with satellite TV channels.

Villa 2
This villa is right beside the Main Villa (1). It is also set over two levels with an open-plan living space downstairs consisting of a lounge and dining room, alongside a western style kitchen equipped with modern appliances that include a Smeg stovetops and oven, a microwave and grill.
The dining table can seat up to 10 people and the lounge area has a comfy settee that can seat up to 9. It also includes a DVD player and a large Samsung flat-screen TV with international satellite channels.
There is a bathroom downstairs that has a toilet and wash basin. The bedrooms are upstairs and, like with the main Villa, there are many beautiful Asian artworks to marvel at, throughout the Villa. Both bedrooms have double beds, wooden floors and spacious ensuite bathrooms, as well as TVs with satellite channels and DVD players. A large open terrace adjoins the Master bedroom, affording you the pleasure of being able to look out at the idyllic estate, whilst enjoying the tropical breeze.

Villa 3
Villa 3 is close to the snooker pavilion and provides plenty of privacy. There are two floors with four bedrooms, three are upstairs and the fourth is on the ground floor. The western standard kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stovetops and tea and coffee making facilities. The dining area has a dining table that can seat up to six guests and the lounge has a very comfortable settee and coffee table, as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.
There is also a bedroom on the ground floor that also has a DVD player and Samsung TV with international satellite channels, as well as a double bed, wooden floors and wardrobes and tall windows.
There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, wash basin and toilet. The three bedrooms upstairs have ensuite bathrooms, wooden floors, TVs with satellite channels and double beds. Two of the bedrooms have balconies that are very spacious and perfect for relaxing on with a nice cold drink.

Huay Yai, Southeast Pattaya
Located in southern Pattaya in the Huay Yai area, this fantastic villa is just a 10-minute drive from Jomtien Beach and a 15 minute drive from all the major shopping and entertainment centres. Pattaya Floating Market, Silverlake Vineyard and Alangkarn Theater are just a short 10 minute drive away and if you feel like having a few rounds of golf, the Phoenix Golf Club is also just 10-minutes away by car. Seclusion and accessibility are what make this amazing villa so perfect.
