In the heart of old St Gilles, in a picturesque alley, 2 steps from the markets, all shops, ports and beaches, you will find peace and comfort in this charming house of 80 m2 with its garden, its terrace and its maisonette of 22 m2 renovated and independent. The house includes 1 bedroom with sofa bed in 160, bathroom, toilet, washing machines and dryers.
The main house (80 m2) is composed on the ground floor: living room, kitchen, SBD (new), toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with TV and bed in 160, 1 with 2 beds in 90.) the bedding is new.
The location of the house is exceptional as it is close to all traders, markets, beaches and ports.
Pets are not allowed.

A wonderful cottage in an ideal location. Close enough to all amenities and bustling nightlife yet quiet so as not to be disturbed. The property has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A lovely south facing garden gives sun all day and an electric awning provides shade and privacy. A hidden gem in a beautiful coastal town! The owner was very friendly and helpful and communication was immediate and in very good English.

Charming house, fully equiped, with small garden in the middle of St. Gilles. Near to Restaurants, church, Supermarket also not that far away. 15 minutes to the neares plage. Parking ist somethimes a Little bit difficult but not a problem. Ideal for one or 2 couples.
