About this house rental
Our modern and comfortable villa benefits from a wooded environment. Situated in a high position and facing south, you will enjoy a privileged sea view from the terraces surrounding the villa.
The villa includes :
- a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery.
- 3 bathrooms with Italian shower and toilet.
- 1 guest toilet
- 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with a double bed (140x190), bedside tables, cupboard and safe & 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190)
- a comfortable living room with flat screen TV
- 2 terraces (with a sea view), equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a drying rack.
The villa is air-conditioned and has a Wifi connection.
* Additional facilities *
- Iron, high chair and baby bed on request.
- You will have access to the collective swimming pool of the residence Diana.
* Services *
- Sheets and towels are not provided, but it is possible to rent them (10 € for a pair of sheets, 5 € for towels per person).
- Optional cleaning fee at the end of your stay: 80 €.

A little aged but well kept. The house was clean, towels and sheets provided. There is good AC in all rooms. The pool is nice, 12m x 6m x 1.9m.

Accueil formidable, Vincent est serviable et disponible, de bon conseil pour les activités et visites. la villa est idéale pour 2 familles (9 personnes) La piscine est appréciable, la plage proche et superbe. Recommandons cette location.

Location agréable pour 6 adultes et 2 enfants.
Grande avec une terrasse face à la mer, barbecue avec salon de jardin pour les soirées. Lits bain de soleil. Piscine commune dans la résidence, tranquille fin juin début juillet.

Très belle situation géographique.
Villa au calme et bien située.
Plage, petit commerce et restaurants à 400m.
Vincent a été parfait et d’une aide appréciable.
En bref, nous avons passé un super séjour.
