About this apartment rental
Ideally located in the best area of Cannes, between rue d'Antibes (50 meters) and La Croisette (100 meters), at only 50 meters from the famous Carlton Hotel. This area is very quiet and residential, but the Carré d'Or, the hearth of nightlife in Cannes, is just at 5 minutes walking. Within a distance of few hundred meters, you will get the best of Cannes : the beach, luxury shopping, restaurants, Palais des Festivals (10 minutes walking). The flat is very comfortable and has been entirely redecorated 2 years ago.

This was my second stay and hopefully not my last. Sylvie is very communicative, flexible (changed both arrival and departure times), and helpful. The apartment is clean, comfortable, very close to the beach and great restaurants and is just a couple of blocks off the Croisette. Really perfect!

Great apartment in good, central location. The hostess, Sylvie, was there to welcome me as promised. She is pleasant and her English is good. Throughout my stay, she always responded to any emails or texts promptly.The pictures online are a good representation of the apartment. It is clean and well organized. The kitchen is well equipped - and theres now a brand new washer. The bed is surprisingly comfortable, and the shower has plenty of hot water with good pressure. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so its easy getting in/out, however, as the windows face a courtyard, it is quiet with limited street noise. I have been to Cannes many times, and Sylvies apartment has definitely been one of the best. I would certainly look forward to staying there again on my visit to Cannes next year.
