Location is great easy walking distance to restaurants and stores. Condo is clean and except for some little maintenance things was very comfortable with balcony and 2 pools. Parking is safe with code to get in and bridge to cross road. Host gave us all info needed to make our stay wonderful.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Pros: It’s in the heart of everything. Within walking distance to Pier Park. The condominium was well maintained by the pools. The beach chairs were nice to have reserved everyday for us. Cons: Could use some updates to the furniture and washer. Couch was in bad shape, bedroom furniture was falling apart when you opened the doors. We had to leave our clothes in suitcases. Washer smelled awful. Parking was an additional fee of $50 per car that wasn’t included. You also had to print your parking permit prior to coming or receive another fee at the kiosk. That was inconvenient after driving 12 hours and coming in at night. All in all it was a decent place, but for the money I will probably stay elsewhere next time.
