Ground floor: entrance hall, toilet, 33 m² living room with television and double sofa-bed, fitted kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator), cellar, garage, covered terrace, patio, barbecue and garden furniture. Beautiful villa with a good size of a pool. We spent a week in July and despite high temperatures the villa was nice and cool even without condition air on. The villa was extremely clean with all the amenities that you could think off. Great location in the heart of Luberon, close to all the beautiful villages. Gerard was very helpful, good communication. Highly recommend, we would definitely come back.

Gerard was a great host. All his recommendations re local restaurants and beautiful hilltops villages - were spot on. Such a beautiful area - so much to see. Don’t miss Apt market. The house is beautifully clean and well furnished. The garden is quiet, secluded and the pool surprisingly large. We had a very special week.

The property was great with everything we needed for a relaxing family stay including a great private pool and terrace to dine on. Within striking distance of many beautiful villages, vineyards and activities for kids. It’s also an easy walk into Apt to get breakfast, go to the markets or dine.

We were surprised to find such a quiet privat place just outside of the center of Apt. Communication with Gérard was amazingly quick and very clear. The House was very spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. Pool was big, very privat and had comfortable lounge chairs. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this home.

While Apt itself is no beauty this house is tucked away in a quiet leafy corner. It’s a comfortable and well equipped house with a superb private pool and garden - a suntrap too. It’s close to shops and supermarkets and is the ideal base for visiting all the hilltop villages.

The villa was very well equipped and superbly located for visiting many beautiful villages, verdon gorge, Avignon, Oranges etc. The pool and garden were well maintained with shade at all times of the day. The owner was very helpful and responded to queries very promptly - thanks in particular for resolving the cafetière issue ! Would recommend taking mosquito repellant but overall would recommend property fully!

Our family of four spent a week at Gerard's house in Apt. It's a cozy home with all amenities and a wonderful pool. The house was well kept, clean and quiet. It's within walking distance of the a major super market and the center of town. The location is great to visit the beautiful cities and towns in this area of the Provence. Gerard was a wonderful and considerate host.

Sehr schönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet und tiptop in ruhige Lage. Wer es nicht so trubelig mag, ist hier richtig. Apt ist überschaubar, sehr süße Einkaufsstraße und viele gute Restaurants. Man geht ca 10 Minuten zu Stadt und zum nächste Supermarkt mit Bäcker. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Provençe und in die Berge oder einfach nur zum Relaxen. In den Sommermonaten wünscht man sich in den Schlafräumen eine Klimaanlage, aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau. An Mücken Schutz für abends draußen denken, sie sind biestig.

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve, la villa est très fonctionnelle, bonne literie, rien ne manque. Elle est idéalement située, dans un endroit très calme et tout près du centre d'Apt, tout se fait à pied. Et au bord de la piste cyclable du Calavon. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur chaleureux accueil. Nous reviendrons!

Das Haus liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung und man ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt von Apt. Das Objekt ist sehr gut gepflegt und man sieht dass der Vermieter Zeit und Mühe investiert. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber die Landstraße und der angrenzende Campingplatz bringen einen gewissen Geräuschpegel mit sich. Uns hat es nicht besonders gestört und wir haben es genossen, so kurze Wege zu haben zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Auf jeden Fall eine gute Wahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Si vous avez besoin de vous ressourcer, cet endroit est fait pour vous. La quiétude est au rendez-vous tout en étant proche du centre ville, très pratique pour faire vos courses à pied. La maison est cosy, propre, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Rien ne manque. La piscine est très grande, vous pouvez vous y baigner dans un cadre verdoyant sans vis à vis. Très beau séjour dans une région magnifique !

Excellent accueil de Monsieur Testanière. L'intérieur de la maison est très propre, très confortable et suffisamment spacieux pour quatre personnes. Possibilité de venir jusqu'à six personnes en transformant le salon en chambre à coucher. A proximité quasi immédiate de la piste cyclable et piétonne, accès au centre d'Apt et de ses commerces en dix minutes à pied. Accès à Intermarché également à moins de dix minutes à pied, très agréable quand on ne veut pas prendre la voiture. Deux autres grandes surfaces accessibles plutôt en voiture ainsi que de grandes enseignes (mulitimédia, chaussures etc...) Les activités et points d'intérêt à proximité sont nombreux (villages classés ou non, accrobranche, Colorado provençal, sentier des ocres...). On ne s'ennuie pas. Et pour finir... La piscine... On y accède directement depuis la cuisine ou le salon. La première impression que l'on a, c'est celle d'un coin de paradis. Deux terrasses la bordent, une couverte à l'ombre et l'autre non couverte. Et des arbres tout autour pour assurer une intimité parfaite. Pas de vis-à-vis. Les dimensions (9x5) sont excellentes et la température d'une moyenne de 28 degrés est parfaite. Nous ne regrettons pas d'être restés 15 jours car le temps passe tellement vite qu'une semaine nous aurait paru trop court. Tous nos remerciements à Mme et M. Testanière qui nous ont permis de passer d'excellentes vacances.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, la maison est parfaitement propre et équipée tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été très bons, il s'est montré très arrangeant sur l'heure de notre arrivée. La localisation est parfaite pour profiter du Lubéron.

Tout était très bon, bon accueil, bonne situation, une maison vraiment équipée complète, grand piscine. Gute Lage, netter Vermieter, man kann zu Fuß nach Apt gehen, Supermarkt nur 800m entfernt, schönes Haus, grosser Pool, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, es war alles vorhanden (das ist nicht immer so! Genügend Geschirr und Gläser, selbst Müllbeutel waren vorhanden...). Man kann von hier aus sehr viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut und individuell ausgestattet, wir haben uns dadurch sehr wohl gefühlt. In dem nicht einsehbaren Garten mit dem großen Pool haben wir viele schöne Stunden verbracht. Besonders schön war es, dass es unterschiedliche Terrassen mit schönen Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenliegen gab. In den sehr warmen Mittagsstunden gab es immer ein schattiges Plätzchen.

Den Aufenthalt in Apt haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Zentrum und dennoch sehr ruhig und im Grünen. Alles hat prima geklappt und die Wohnung bietet alle Vorzüge, wie wir sie aufgrund des Angebots erwartet haben. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für die Provence.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Einrichtung für einen Urlaub völlig ausreichend. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Großer Pluspunkt ist außerdem der Pool, den man komplett für sich hat. Auch die Liegen sind bequem und ein Sonnenschirm spendet Schatten. Das Haus liegt ruhig, trotzdem kann man innerhalb von 10 Minuten an den Rand der Altstadt laufen. Apt selbst ist bis auf den Samstag-Markt wenig spektakulär, aber man kann von hier aus alle tollen Orte der Provence erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Monsieur Testanière klappt super, er ist sehr nett. Alles von erster Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise hat bestens geklappt. Ich kann das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines merveilleuses dans cette jolie maison calme. Nous avons apprécié l'atmosphère dans le jardin bien entretenu et la belle piscine. La maison est très bien équipée avec tout qu`on a besoin. Gérard est un hôte sympathique et attentionné. Du premier contact à la fin, tout a été géré facilement. Nous recommanderons certainement cette maison à nos amis. Nous ne pouvons que dire de bonnes choses sur ce bel hébergement, très à l’aise et nous sommes heureux de revenir. Un grand merci à Gérard !

Wir hatten zu zweit eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Super ausgestattete Küche mit mehr als ausreichend Geschirr und Gläsern. Der Garten mit Pool war grandios und mit hochwertigen Gartenmöbeln bestückt. Sehr netter Vermieter! Super Lage: zentral und doch sehr ruhig. 15 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt mit Restaurants und netten Geschäften. Jederzeit wieder!

Idéalement située pour visiter cette magnifique région, cette villa est agréable, très propre, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Cette dernière est également dotée d’une superbe et grande piscine. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, disponible, à l’écoute de ses hôtes et de très bons conseils pour visiter cette belle région. We hadden een zeer aangename week in Apt. Het huis was zeer netjes en we hadden een aangename tijd in de tuin en het zwembad. Alles aanwezig om er een leuke vakantie te hebben (vaatwas, bbq, tuinmeubelen, wasmachine,...) Jammer dat er geen airco aanwezig was. Wij gaan zeker terug!

Die Übergabe hat alles sehr gut funktioniert, obwohl der Vermieter selbst nicht vor Ort war. Der Kontakt vorher und die abwicklung war einfach und unkompliziert. Das war alles top!!! Vielen Dank Monsieur Testanière! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein in Lage und Ausstattung ideales Ferienhaus in der Stadt

Es gibt nur Gutes zu diesem hübschen Ferienhaus zu sagen: Sehr gut gepflegter Zustand mit geschmackvoller und guter Einrichtung und sehr guter Ausstattung der modernen Küche. Die ruhige und sichere Wohnlage (kleine Sackgasse) und die Betten mit guten Matrazen garantieren guten Schlaf. Das Haus liegt in 5 Minuten Gehabstand vom Stadtzentrum und damit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Wochenmärkten. Die sehr freundlichen Hauseigentümer kümmern sich persönlich um die Pflege von Haus und Grundstück und sorgen damit für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt der Gäste. Das Wasser im Pool war in diesem September wegen kühler Nächte allerdings schon "sehr erfrischend" (um die 19°C)! Apt ist ein idealer Standort für herrliche Ausflüge und Wanderungen im Luberon mit seinen vielen idyllischen und alten Dörfern in wunderschöner Landschaft. Wir können dieses Haus nur bestens empfehlen.
