Coromines, holiday villa situated in a very quiet residential área of Alcudia in Manresa, Mal Pas and close to the beaches of San Joan, playa de San Pere, and Playa de Morer Vermell.
The property is distributed on one floor, and consists of spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three double bedrooms, a complete bathroom with tub and a toilet.
Equipped with Internet access, satellite TV, air conditioned hot-cold in the living room and fans.
The house is surrounded by a terrace, with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and outdoor shower terrace. At the entrance a nice porch.
The walking distance to the rocky beach only 120 Mts. and to the beach sand of 'Es Morer Vermell' 550 Mts. Also very close to the house are the beaches of 'Platja de Sant Joan' (600 m) and 'Platja de Sant Pere' (950 Mts).
In the town of Alcudia a few minutes driving shops, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need.Note: Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.

Casa excelente, confortable, con todas las comodidades, no falta de nada. Hemos pasado unas magníficas vacaciones. Su ubicación para ir a la playa de Manresa o a las rocas, 2 minutos de casa, inmejorable.

My family had a really lovely holiday, the villa was great and in a very peaceful location. It was just a short walk to the sea. Lovely beaches very near by. Really good facilities! Very good communication between the hosts, they fixed a problem with the wifi within the same day. Thankyou!
