Seaside, 250 m from the Figari marina, renowned for its excellent mooring, a body of water known for water sports (windsurfing, kite surfing) and the first beaches. 5 minutes from the village by car, 5 minutes from the famous beaches of Figari Bay, on large wooded grounds, house of 180 m2 living space including a large living room of 40 m2. on one level (single storey). Pergola, trellis, 5000 m² garden. very quiet and far from a small road with very little traffic.
4 large bedrooms (3 double beds including 2 of 140 cm and 1 of 160 cm, and 2 beds of 90). A very good quality convertible sofa in the living room, 3 to 4 extra beds in the large 'children's' room. 1 small room of 8m² for one or two 90 cm beds. Cot provides. 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.

Fully equipped with appliances.

Access by Figari airport (15 minutes by car) or by the Porto Vecchio (30 minutes) or Propriano (40 minutes) Ferry.

I prefer to rent from Thursday to Thursday, or even exceptionally from Friday to Friday. I avoid renting from Saturday to Saturday as much as possible. This gives holidaymakers obvious economic and practical advantages. Less traffic on the roads, more boat and plane availability. As an indication, traveling by boat on a Thursday (or Friday morning) to arrive on a Friday morning or evening, saves around 400 € for a car and 3 adults. Savings which can go up to € 500 or more per person for a plane trip made on Thursday or Friday instead of Saturday.

The coast is under 'Littoral Heritage' regulation with intense preservation of fauna and flora.
Only inhabited place between Bonifacio and Propriano (except Tizzano). Wild. Deserted beaches if you take the trouble. Ten minutes of walking. I can give you lots of advice on the best beaches, seaside walks, wild coves and hikes, and even climbing.
Cut coasts, numerous coves and small sandy beaches.
Great possible 'lonely' walks.

Nearby: Bonifacio, incomparable site, Sartène (typical Corsica) and Porto Vecchio.
The Alta Rocca (Col de Bavella) reserves magnificent landscapes

For lovers of hiking, Canyonning or climbing many possibilities in the Region.

Note: an internationally renowned climbing site (boulders from 4 to 15 m) ten minutes from the house (level 5 to 8b)

I made a ramp for disabled people, easy to install, to allow everyone to enjoy the house without (too much) problems. They are not 100% handicapped standards but quite practical all the same.

In case of reservation I establish with you a full complementary contract in good and due form including any cleaning options, bike rental, boat etc.
