FINCA ALMANTIGUA is a beautiful luxury estate in the Sierra de Madrid, at the foot of the Maliciosa mountain , como in the natural park of the Sierra de Guadarrama, with excellent mountain views, and 12000m2 of green garden with trees of different species, pool , squash, bicycles and bouncy castle for children, volleyball court , and barbecue.
It is just 35 minutes from Madrid and the airport, and its location is a good place to see sights such as El Escorial, Avila, Segovia or Toledo.
Just 10 minutes walk from the village of Matalpino ,with restaurants and services, ATM, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, 5 minutes beautiful village of Navacerrada, and a 15-minute drive from Villalba, where there are cinemas, restaurants and shops.
Surrounded by walking paths on foot or by bike, rivers, mountain walks, zip lines, horseback riding and spa 10 minutes from the villa.
Madrid bus stop next to the property.

Accommodation is a charming house for 10 people, beautifully decorated in Provencal style, consisting of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all with large windows opened to the garden and with excellent views. It has a 52m2 living room, opening onto the garden, surrounded by wooden porches with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, board games and covered parking. TV, DVD and IPOD. WIFI
Has a caretaker in charge of maintenance of the garden and pool included in the price.
It is a special place to rest or relax in the countryside but close to Madrid.

The property was large and very private, being enclosed by mature planting, a front locking gate and fencing. A large living room with a wrap around deck; small but efficient kitchen; 4 bathrooms and 4 comfortable bedrooms. Given the chance, we would stay again.

I spent a long weekend (5 days) with my family and we had a great time. The house is as beautiful as shown on the website and is equipped with all the amenities needed to feel at home and enjoy some leisure time. The housekeeper came also twice for the pool maintenance .

I was really impressed with the villa on arrival. It was clean, homely and fully equipped with everything you needed. The owners were very accommodating. I would be happy to stay again and explore more of the surrounding area. Perfect for a relaxing family getaway.
