The number of persons must not exceed the capacity of the beds and correspond to the number envisaged with the reservation under penalty of loss of the deposit 800 € 1 week and 1500 € 2 weeks.

HOME ON SITE: Monday to Saturday from 8H to 19H30
Delphine or Karine stewardship welcome you on site in a wide time slot in the summer to give you the keys, you indicate the instructions to facilitate your stay and recover your deposit check

Tenants must absolutely leave the house as clean as they found it on arrival, out of respect for the housekeepers and the next tenants
VERY IMPORTANT The bins must be evacuated in the big green bin according to the schedule and if you have a bag left at your departure, you must take it with you when you leave. Disposal garbage 1 bag 18 € and 26 € if waste disposal

The white lacquered kitchen is a German premium brand and manufactured with ecological standards: a quality appliances: induction table, fridge freezer, hood, multifunction oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and Delonghi coffee makers.

The washing machine is in the laundry room with an ironing board. A Brabantia clotheshorse (25M drying) leaflet is located on the side of the house and another dryer in the laundry room is suspended from the ceiling.
