This was an amazing place to stay. It was very clean and felt like home away from home. It was only just a short 6 minute walk to the beach and it was absolutely wonderful. I will for sure be looking to stay here again.

I’d stay here again, but it could use some minor updates. Decor, paint, balcony furniture, stuff like that. Would’ve been nice if they provided beach chairs as well. The washer was very noisy also. Paid extra for early check in. We drove from Ohio and they said they’d send the code as soon as it was ready, possibly earlier than the guaranteed time, and had to call for the code at the guaranteed time, which was a little disappointing. We was exhausted, but I understand earlier than the guaranteed time was not a guarantee.

Everything about our Topeka Experience was wonderful with the exception of the accommodations. Our Unit was poorly furnished. The balcony wicker chairs were falling apart and missing cushions. No small table provided on the balcony. The living room had a very uncomfortable couch and no coffee table. The Queen sized bed was extremely soft and unsupportive. The full bath shower drained very poorly. The Unit description included a well-stocked unit. It was missing the basics: no coffee filters, only one small pouch of coffee, no sugar, salt & pepper, no tea bags... But there were many clean towels!
