I always feel that there are a few key points that make any holiday. In this case it was the host being so welcoming and air conditioning, as we were on holiday during the recent heat wave when it hit 40 degrees.The property may be in need of a little general maintenance but I believe that is accounted for in the very reasonable pricing for the stay. We were very comfortable, liked the open-ness of the downstairs kitchen and living room, which made the place feel much bigger, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Pierre was a most gracious host and could not have been better with communication and I hugely value that.It would have been lovely to us the tennis court or volleyball set up but it was just too hot, but those are set in very spacious grounds with lots of space, so maybe another time we would.

La propriété est idyllique avec une rivière très peu profonde (très utile pour les enfants), un terrain de tennis, un terrain de foot et un terrain de volley... l'apéritif le soir au bord de la rivière est très sympa sans compter la région avec de nombreuses activités

Tout s'est très bien passé malgré une mauvaise météo. Maison fonctionnelle, terrain magnifique pour des balades d'automne.
Petit hic, très froid dans la maison. surtout les différences de temperature entre la cuisine et le salon.
donc, en été, ca doit etre parfait.
en hiver, attention.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite, aber nie aufdringliche Vermieter. Für Kinder auch wegen des parkähnlichen Gartens sehr gut geeignet, nur bei den Kleinsten muss man wegen des Bachs (Highlight Ruderboot!) vielleicht etwas aufpassen. Zum Grundstück gehören drei Wohnungen, Privatsphäre ist aber gewährleistet.
