Logement très bien situé, le port en face. 10mn à pied de la grande plage et du centre ville.

Appartement agréable mais tributaire du climat; le sèche serviette de la salle d'eau (jouxtant la chambre)qui sert également de chauffage est branché sur le chauffage central gaz , lequel chauffage est programmé pour mise en route au dessous de 20° env sans possibilité
d'intervenir en réglage sur la chaudière,; donc dans les périodes printemps ou automne s'il ne fait que 20° dans l'appartement le sèche serviette ne fonctionne pas ; température un peu juste pour la douche en se levant , et comme le règlement de copropriété interdit l'étendage de linge à l'extérieur les serviettes sont légèrement humides le lendemain.
Inconvénient disparaissant l'hiver ou en été.
