My experience at this property was highly unsatisfactory due to multiple discrepancies between the listing and reality. 1. Incorrect bed description – The listing claims “two single beds,” but the apartment actually has one single bed with two mattresses placed on it. Completely misleading. 2. False claim of “free Wi-Fi” – Although the listing states that Wi-Fi is free, I was informed at check-in that internet access is charged extra. This is misleading advertising. 3. Cleaning obligations despite a paid cleaning fee – Even though a cleaning fee was included in the price, I was given a long list of cleaning tasks (washing dishes, sorting trash, wiping the fridge, recycling) without being provided any cleaning supplies. This essentially transfers cleaning costs to the guest. 4. Incorrect floor information – The listing says the apartments are on the ground floor, yet one of them is actually on the upper floor. 5. Host late for check-in – The host charges €30 if the guest is late, but in my case the host was late and unreachable, even though I arrived on time. 6. Unclear and improper deposit rules – The host claimed the deposit would be taken in case of late check-out, even though no check-out instructions were provided. Booking.com clearly states the deposit is only for damages. This creates unnecessary uncertainty and is unacceptable. Overall, the property description is inaccurate, important information is misleading, and guests are exposed to unexpected costs and unclear rules. I cannot recommend this accommodation and have reported these issues to Booking.com with supporting photos and screenshots.

Apartment could supply Air fryer or hob to cook food. . No instructions how electric hub works? Dishwasher could be replaced with gas/electric hob. Broken wineopner.

Wenecja, okoliczne wyspy i plaże w Lido di Jesolo - cudowne.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra,

Brak WiFi jako standard, w jednej z sypialni miały być 2 łóżka pojedyncze a było jedno z wysuwana szuflada do spania. Poza tym brak w standardzie pościeli i ręczników, co trzeba było opłacić przed odbiorem kluczy. Przy opóźnionym przylocie I zamkniętym biurze było utrudnione i stresujace. Dodatkowo Ustawienia godzin na check in od 16.00 do 19.00 utrudnia zwłaszcza przy przylotach samolotem.

świetna lokalizacja, zapewniony serwis plażowy, zapewnione miejsce do parkowania, apartament w bardzo dobrym stanie, dobrze wyposażony, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu

Należy zamieścić pełniejszy opis apartamentu. Ja podróżowałam z synem, więc nie było problemu, ale lokal umożliwia nocleg 6 osobom (po dwie w sypialniach i dwie w pokoju dziennym), co w praktyce może być trudne. Szafy znajdują się tylko w sypialniach, więc osoby śpiące w pokoju dziennym muszą też z nich korzystać. Ponadto wyjście na balkon jest możliwe tylko przez sypialnię główną. Jest to dość nietypowe rozwiązanie i dla np dwóch par znajomych, chcących spędzić wspólnie urlop może być dużym zaskoczeniem.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub - Absolut zu empfehlen.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Super gelegen und sehr sauber. Die Räume sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Balkon und eine eigene kleine Waschmaschine in der Küche. Jedes Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Fliegengitter sind an den Schlafraumfenstern vorhanden. Bis auf die Flaniermeile sind es nur wenige Schritte, zum Strand ebenso. Am Strand stehen 2 Liegen und ein Schirm mit abschließbaren Fach zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Häuschen.

Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe - super durchgelegene Matratzen mit quietschenden und knarrenden Gestellen.

Zuerst bin ich wie bei einer Schnitzeljagd zu 4 Adressen geschickt worden! Dann musste ich noch den Schlüssel wo anders holen🙈🙈 Bei der Unterkunft war die Wohnung nicht mal richtig angeschrieben hatte Nummer 6 - siehe Foto - Nr 6 gabs gar nicht super musste Schlüssel bei anderen Wohnungen probieren bis er endlich wo passte! Wohnungsausstattungohne Fön! Personal sehr unfreundlich zuerst nur Mischung aus Italienisch und Englisch- sehr unverständlich- dann auf einmal alles auf deutsch 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

Gleich am Strand, schalldichte Fenster( so hört man nachts nicht viel von der Außenwelt , Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, kleine Waschmaschine im Apartment, Geschirrspüler,

Super geputzt war es nicht , die Betten quietschen , alles was Mann im Apartment benötigt muss Mann selbst besorgen, von Seife , Klopapier etc

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, vicinissimo al mare e i letti comodi. Struttura abb.accogliente c'è tutto :lavatrice, lavastoviglie e microonde quindi niente da dire anzi ci ritornerei senza problemi.

Se posso dare un consiglio, metterei degli attaccapanni a muro anche se negli armadi ci sono degli appendini ,e l' unica pecca se così si può definire c'era qualche ragnatela ,ma sono solo piccolezze
