I rent my apartment located in a small residence facing the sea and less than 50 m from the beach, 100 m from the shops of Camargue 2000 and 200 m from the port and marinas of the Port Camargue district in Grau du Roi.

This is a small residence on one level, there is no floor.
The renovation of the facades of the Residence was carried out in autumn 2023.
All apartments are on the raised first floor, facing the beach.
The apartment is composed of 2 rooms for up to 5 people with a loggia (terrace with table and chairs) with a private parking area closed by an electric barrier.
You will find:
- in the living room a pull-out sofa for 2 people, an armchair bed for 1 person, a large table and chairs, flat screen television;
- a fully equipped kitchen area: two electric hobs, microwave, grill, fridge, dishwasher;
- a powder room
- separate toilets
- an independent bedroom with a bed for 2 people.
The apartment benefits from electric heating and air conditioning, all comforts.
You will enjoy a beautiful view of the promenade that runs along the seafront between the Port Camargue district and the center of Grau du Roi.
Close to La Grande Motte, Aigues-Mortes, Saintes Marie de la Mer, many sports and leisure activities (Seaquarium, Luna Park, Casino, horseback riding, boat trips,...)

Très bien située à deux pas des plages et du centre commercial, terrasse exposée nord permettant d' en profiter pleinement.
Appartement très fonctionnel correspond en tous points à la description.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement très fonctionnel et idéalement situé, face à la mer. Tout est à proximité, plage, commerces, balades à vélo et à pied, pêche, jeu de boules. Propriétaire sympathique.
