Everything was perfect. Can’t complain. The service was excellent.
Ongoing renovation of some villas ( April 2026) was a bit confusing but didn’t spoil my vacation, you couldn’t hear the noise.

We stayed at Jumeirah Olhahali for 5 nights at the start of November 2025 and it was by far the best holiday we’ve had.
Whilst the transfers are expensive, the process from the Jumeriah is seamless. There is zero stress and zero hassle. From the moment you collect your baggage at the airport, there is a member of staff to look after you. Ishaan was prompt and helpful. We took the speed boat and it was a smooth trip.
We celebrated our daughter’s 1st birthday during our stay. The team at Jumeirah Olhahali went above and beyond in every aspect.
The island is small and intimate. There is a real close feeling with all staff as they pay close attention to detail to remember the important details. We stayed in an ocean villa. The room was amazing, so big and catered to our family needs so well. It was so clean, modern and spacious.
There are 3 restaurants, all of them served great food, lots of different options and the portion sizes were great. The staff in the restaurants were also amazing, always remembering the little details about our family and having things ready before we arrived. We enjoyed being greeted by Zinadia and she looked after us very well. Fazeel was also lovely each day, checking in our stay when we would eat at the restaurants.
The spa was also small, with treatment rooms only but the treatment rooms are awesome. We had 2 massages and we felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. It was worth the money.
We also did snorkelling and had a photo session with the in house photography team. Again, everything was organised extremely well.
We could not complete this review without mentioning our fantastic island host. Maazy was/is the reason our stay at the Jumeriah Olhahali was so fantastic. All guests are assigned an island host who look after you. Maazy went above and beyond every day to help our family. There were balloon decorations and birthday cakes organised.

We rarely take the time with my wife to leave an evaluation on booking for the hotels we book but given the excellence of this establishment we are obliged to do so! We have rarely seen such a quality service! Thank you to Asif, Makua and Mahmoud for contributing to this wonderful moment. The Villas on stilts are incredible, the impeccable room cleaning service not to mention the restaurants where the food is excellent. Until the deposit of our luggage on the plane for our return, we were accompanied by staff who did not hesitate to wait as long as we did at the airport for boarding. In short, we highly recommend this hotel which deserves its success on Booking!
