Well laid out with large play area and toys on upper floor, stair gates for toddlers, internet. Anne Marie was a fantatic host, easy to communicate with and was kind enough to recommend places to visit and things to do relevant to our age groups. Kerfany Beach, Concarnau, Pont Aven all close by and boulangerie 2 min walk. We also had a takeaway pizza from next door, also good.

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse, dans un environnement tranquille, avec un beau jardin clos. Elle est très bien équipée, aussi bien pour faire la cuisine que pour occuper de jeunes enfants auxquels une salle de jeu est réservée. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire qui donne beaucoup d'informations. La proximité des commerces essentiels est un atout important. De très jolies plages se trouvent à quelques kilomètres. Tout était parfait, même le temps...

Wir haben eine Woche in Moelan verbracht und uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Lage ist sehr gut: Bäckerei, Pizzeria und kleiner Supermarkt fussläufig, Strand und größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus liegt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung günstig, aber ruhig. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern zwei schöne Wochen in Annes tollem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sauber und sieht so aus, wie die Fotos es darstellen. Unsere Kinder haben es sehr genossen, oben in der Kinderecke zu spielen oder draußem im Garten zu toben. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und eignet sich gut für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern und ggf. Großeltern (4 Schlafzimmer). Auch für Babys ist die nötige Ausstattung (Bett, Wickeltisch, Badewanne, ggf. Kinderwagen und Hochstuhl) vorhanden. In 2 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Bäcker, mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Strand (mit Spielplatz) oder im Supermarkt. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für kürzere oder längere Ausflüge und Anne steht einem gern mit guten Ratschlägen zur Seite. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Anne. La maison est grande, propre et surtout adaptée merveilleusement aux enfants et bébés. La salle de bain à l'étage est équipée de tout pour un bébé, et il y a des meubles et des jeux pour les enfants de tout âge. Nous avons adoré la région et notre location. Et si vous souhaitez, Anne est prête pour vous donner des balades à faire dans les environs.

"Nous avons été accueillis de manière très sympathique par les propriétaires qui ont mis un soin particulier à fournir une abondante documentation sur la région. Cette documentation invite à la découverte sur le littoral de lieux reposants, authentiques, autour du gîte, de nombreux chemins de randonnée et services.La maison est impeccable, le matériel (meubles et cuisine) à disposition si abondant que nous avons, par plaisanterie, fait un concours pour savoir ce qui manque. Gite propre, bien équipé et bien placé.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette maison qui est très bien entretenue, tout l'équipement (et même plus pour les repas de fruits de mer) est disponible et de très bonne qualité (électroménager et couverts), les pièces sont spacieuses et lumineuses. Malgré plusieurs jours de pluie nous avons facilement pu profiter de la région très riche en sites touristiques (ports, sentiers, villages typiques, rivières et plages...), la maison étant idéalement située. Enfin, les propriétaires ont été très disponibles pour nous conseiller et nous recommander des itinéraires pour notre séjour. Nous les remercions pour leur accueil et recommandons vivement ce gîte.

La maison est spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Avec nos 4 enfants nous y avons passé un très beau séjour, profitant également du spacieux jardin et du doux chant des rouges-gorges ! Les propriétaires, M. et Mme Le Torrec, sont des gens charmants, très accueillants et de bon conseil en ce qui concerne les activités dans la région. Nous les remercions pour leurs gentillesses à notre accueil qui nous ont permis d'improviser un anniversaire oublié... Nous conseillons vivement cette propriété qui n’oublie personne. En effet, le rdc est aménagé pour accueillir des personnes à mobilité réduite et l'espace jeux, aménagé à l'étage, plaira aux enfants. Nos 2 derniers de 11 et 7 ans passaient leur temps entre cette espace qu'ils ont adoré et le grand jardin à jouer à cache-cache! Pour finir, nous avons adoré les circuits de randonnée et les belles plages de la région, avec un temps radieux qui était au rdv ! Merci la Bretagne !

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires pour cette semaine que nous passions entre amis, 3 couples et 3 jeunes enfants pour le nouvel an. La maison est très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Idéalement bien conçue. Grand séjour et espace de vie - cuisine ouverte, 4 belles chambres, deux salles de bains, un espace jeux pour les enfants en mezzanine. Bref même nous ne nous sommes pas marchés dessus. La maison est calme car reculée par rapport à la rue. Il y a peu de vis-à-vis par rapport au voisinage. Elle se situe directement sur le début d'un chemin de randonnée qui permet de sillonner la rivière de Belon jusqu'à la mer. Idéale pour une famille avec des enfants, nous recommandons cette location.

Merci encore a Madame L. pour son accueil chaleureux, maison confortable et fonctionnelle , spacieuse (2 couples et 4 enfants...aucun souci...grace entre autre a l'espace jeux a l'etage). Proximite des commerces, dont la tres bonne boulangerie, port du belon magnifique et sentier cotier superbe... Je recommande chaudement cette location et allez decouvrir ce "pays" breton qui est superbe.

Maison agréable est spacieuse, jardin très agréable, parfaitement entretenue. Idéalement situé, proches des commerces ( boulangerie, caviste, et même supermarché ) et non loin des plages. Marché de Moelan à recommander, ainsi que la ballade sur le chemin côtier à Kerfany. Propriétaire disponible et attentionnée.
