T3 apartment of 60 m2 any comfort located in a quiet neighborhood, three minutes walk from the sandy beach of sablettes.
Located on the first floor facing south, with a small balcony facing south also.
Parking in the residence at the entrance of the apartment, no problem to park
A path leads directly to the beach, allowing to leave in swimsuit and come back to the apartment to shower.
The beach is supervised and equipped with showers.
Everything is done on foot: stores to 3 minutes, night market sablettes 10 minutes, bus or boat to the seyne on sea or Toulon in less than 10 minutes

• an open and bright kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine capsules.
