The complex located on the 1st edge of the beach, with an exceptional view of the exit from the port of Granville, 400 meters from the ports and the city center. Direct access to the beach.
ACCESS:
The apartment has 2 accesses:
One by rue Saint Gaud: in this case a staircase of 20 steps is to descend to reach level - 1, where the apartment is located,
The other by the ground floor: in this case a first staircase (3 steps) to access
to the interior corridor, then another staircase of 5 steps inside.

PARKING:
There is no private parking. Free places are generally available (except festive events in town) within 50 meters, either rue Saint Gaud, or in a small parking lot nearby.
Otherwise, 100 meters away, ample free parking is available.

This apartment is a gem. It's not only really well equipped, but all the windows face the sea and the harbour and the "skyline" of Granville with Notre-Dame greeting from the other side. In seconds you're on the beach, in minutes you've walked to the town-centre or the restaurants at the harbour. Parking spots are also no problem, so you can easily start your tours from there. And Bernard is a great host, a real gentleman.

Dans un appartement très bien équipé, propre, placé correctement pour différentes sorties (port de plaisance, départ des navettes pour Chausey, route traversante pour aller au nord ou au sud...), une bonne semaine en Normandie.
