About this house rental
Situation of the house:
Close to the village center (shops, markets) and close to the surrounding hills.
Ideally located for visiting the most beautiful villages of the Luberon, a few minutes from Lourmarin and La Roque d'Anthéron.
35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and Roussillon, 50 minutes from Avignon and Marseille, 1 hour from the sea (Calanques National Park, Cassis, La Ciotat ...).
Many hiking trails in the Luberon.
Composition of the house
Ground floor: entrance with wardrobe and large storage space to store suitcases, strollers, bikes ...
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (140 cm bed), bathroom with large bath, technical room with wardrobe, washing machine.
On the 2nd floor: 1 living room (BZ in 140) with large table, 1 fully equipped open kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, basic consumables ...) ; 1 bedroom (2 single beds) in semi-closed mezzanine.
Internet by wifi (unlimited "hotspot" reserved for travelers)
Individual heating with fluid inertia for the cool season - Fans available in summer. Mobile air conditioning for the mezzanine bedroom overlooking the living room.
New bedding or in excellent condition.
EQUIPMENT for BABY: Cot (120x60), changing table, foldable high chair available (free of charge).
Breakfast: for the first and second nights (coffee - tea - milk - sugar - butter - rusks or bread - jam or honey).
We welcome families and children of all ages. However, for greater security, we would like to point out that the accommodation, like any village house, includes stairs (with metal guardrails).
Access to the accommodation is through the owners' private courtyard, offering security on the doorstep of the house (no road). The passage must remain free for the good circulation of all. Possibility to park very close to the house (squares, adjacent streets, parking lots) for free.
Rental contract in French or English for any stay of more than 6 nights (by email or post).
