View over the town of Auch, the banks of Gers, the Cathedral, the monumental staircase, the Pyrenees. Two bedrooms with possibility of a third TV and Internet, toilet and bathroom with Italian shower, fitted kitchen, large living room, direct lift access, terrace not overlooked.

The best part of this apartment is the huge balcony overlooking the banks of the Gers river and gazing up at the cathedral. It's an easy, short walk up to the historic center. Groceries and services are all within a 5-10 min walk. The apartment is modern and comfortable and I would absolutely stay again. Patrick, the host, speaks great English and is very warm, friendly, accommodating. He provided free bottled water, plenty of living supplies. My only two caveats: 1) I didn't find any cooking utensils, scissors or cutting knives and, 2) the elevator opens directly into the apartment with no locked door (my understanding is that Patrick and his wife are the only other people in the building, so I had no issues with privacy and security, but the arrangement may make some solo travelers uncomfortable).

This place is just beautiful! Wonderfully designed, great host always willing to help and accommodate us, and the view was just priceless. I will definitely come back again and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the town!
