→ Although the apartment is in the city center, the area is very quiet. All amenities are within 10 minutes walk (parking, grocery, bakery, restaurant, bars, shops, tourist areas, ...)
→ 150m from the apartment, the famous Black Oak Theater is in place in the former chapel of the Abbey of St. Catherine of Avignon (a historical monument), located behind the Palace of the Popes
→ Avignon is one of the few French cities to have preserved its ramparts, its magnificent historic center, composed of the Palais des Papes, the episcopal ensemble, the Rocher des Doms and the Pont d'Avignon
