Very recent villa with pool, terrace with barbecue, ample parking and garage to park your car inside the property.
Inside the house 4 spacious suites each with its bathroom with shower or bath, large kitchen equipped with dishwasher and all the necessary dishes, a large living room with 2 convertible sofa beds very comfortable.
A room with washing machine ironing board etc.
The house is air conditioned or heated with reversible air conditioning and Wifi.
Superfície of the house about 250 meters total of the property about 2000 meter
The pool is open in May, June, July, August and September.
The nearest beaches are about 5 Km

Overall a great spacious accommodation which was suitable for 2 families. Facilities were great and the pool was lovely to have! The neighbours were also friendly and about a 10 minute walk to a restaurant and shops.

Valter was a good communicating host even though there was a language barrier as we didn't speak each other's language, but with the help of Google we managed.
The house could use some repairs and could be stocked up better, but it was ok stay and we had a great family time there.

Maison fidèle aux photos. Très belle maison avec de beaux volumes. A 30 min de porto et 15 min de povoa de varzim. Grande surface proche . Voiture en sécurité à l'interieur. En revanche maison moins fonctionnel avec même pas le strict nécessaire lorsqu'on arrive ( savon, huile, sel, café, produits désinfectants.... il faut tout acheter), les casseroles sont abîmés et il y a quelques fuites d eau sous les eviers. Manque de vaisselle. Manque de volets dans la pièce à vivre, escalier dangereux non sécurisé. C'est dommage.

Estadia um pouco desconfortante devido ao cheiro desagradavel no interieur da casa .
A casa merecia ter um wc e um chuveiro com entrada direta desde o exterieur.
A casa necessita algumas reparações (ex:portes que não fecham)
