Parking, individual closed garage; recent and current decoration; near city center (less than 7 min on foot), sea (less than 10 min on foot); From Boulouris station, you can easily reach St-Raphaël, and the small towns on the coast, as far as Menton. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander l'appartement ainsi que sa localisation dans Boulouris (pas trop loin du bord de mer mais pas trop près pour être au calme). De plus, il y a tout, ainsi que le superflus, dans cet appartement tranquille et propre dans une jolie petite résidence. Malgré la canicule, nous n'avons pas trop souffert de la chaleur grâce à une bonne orientation et un balcon large ou nous pouvions passer du temps. Adresse a garder pour nos prochaines vacances!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans une résidence avec parking sécurisé: plages de la Piguere 5 mn a pied , commerces accessible à pied - un mini spar , mini casino, un boulanger-pâtissier et un boucher-traiteur.
Le fabuleux jardin du residence c’est un atout considérable !
L''appartement est tres bien equipe (machine a laver, lave vaisselle, bouilloire, machine a cafe, etc. mais aussi nombre suffisant de plats, vaisselle et couverts pour cuisiner et recevoir). En bref: tres fonctionnel.
L' accueil et le suivi chaleureux de Mme et Mr Lapre , attantion de proprieteur Mr Bournot ont facilite notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Мы провели замечательные каникулы в этой великолепной квартире, расположенной в частной охраняемой резиденции с паркингом: пляж Piguere в 5 мин. ходьбы, магазины также в пешей доступности – мини –супермаркеты, булочная, кулинария.
Одной из главных преимуществ резиденции – шикарный парк!!!
Квартира прекрасно оснащена (стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, чайник, кофеварка и т.п, в достаточном количестве пасуда). Короче, очень функционально!
Гостеприимная встреча и сопровождение супругов Лапре, внимание со стороны хозяина жилья г-на Бурно очень скрасили наше пребывание. Мы вернемся туда с огромным удовольствием!
