The house is in a quiet location, even in high season, close to cycle paths, (500 m), super U, tree climbing course (800m) and the city center. (1km)

- Large bright living room with its sitting area

(the household linen was not provided in the hiring)
- 1 Entrance with small furniture and mirror
- 1 bathroom with shower (hair dryer)

- 1 Umbrella bed and baby chair adapter
-Living room on wooden terrace, overlooking the kitchen, with: Plancha / Deckchairs / and Sandpit for children.
-Possibilities of 2 bikes, for strolls on the ILE, to discover the oyster port, its multicolored cabins of craftsmen, its markets every day and 2 at night / week, and on Sunday the biggest market of the ILE, its restaurants with their Oleron specialties.
Without forgetting its beautiful sandy beaches, which surround the Castle (green wood - St Trojan .... ect)
And the pleasure of fishing for cockles - mussels - oysters during the tides .

Great house on a perfect spot. The house has everything for 4p. Well equipped kitchen, outdoor terrace with plancha and a perfectly maintained garden. Just a kilometer from Le Chateau d’Oléron with its charming port and close to the nicest beaches at Plage Vert, the house itself is located in a very quiet area. Everything can be reached by bike, or car if really necessary. We loved it and strongly recommend the house to anyone. The owners friendly hospitality add to the holiday feeling.

Perfect rental for a family of four. House is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The location was great for us - south of the island so easy to get on and off plus close enough to Le Chateau and Vert Bois beach. All in all - great!
