CHARMING WOODEN HOUSE ON ONE LEVEL WITH HEATED SWIMMING POOL

The communication with the owner was faultless and was able to answer all my questions and they were always quick to come back with the answers. We were given clear and concise directions as well as a contact number. Anyone looking for a private property with great facilities this is the place. The house was just as described on the website and was a roomy well proportioned property. The kitchen was great with a large fridge freezer and integrated oven and microwave. There were two dining areas, one outside with a large table and one inside with a large table. The rooms were all well proportioned and the shower room in the master was fantastic. The outside was ideal as it had a large covered decking area which was out of the sun and the heated pool was adjacent. The pool was better than imagined with steps to get in and then a constant depth throughout. It is a decent sized pool. The pool was advertised as being heated and I can confirm that it was to a suitable temperature. The location is ideal, for shopping in Leon or a quick trip to the boulangerie. Ten out of ten, and thank you.

Too bad we can't give 6 stars, would certainly be worth them! This house is so well equipped, it feels like home away from home. The warm communication with the owners and welcome and help from the caretakers are the cherry on top. Thank you so much for a holiday we'll remember fondly! Best regards, Michiel and Rachel

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in Saint-Michel-Escalus verbracht. Haus und Garten sind gut gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist angenehm beheizt und so konnten wir ihn auch an kühleren Tagen nutzen. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und sogar Spielzeug ist vorhanden. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

À la réservation, il était prévu le garage et la disponibilité de 4 vélos, les vélos sont devenus à la location et le garage n'était plus à disposition non plus... Quand on regarde de près dans le gîte on voit beaucoup de malfaçons... De plus, une odeur désagréable venant de la douche vient nous chatouiller le nez dans la chambre parentale, cela n'est pas vraiment agréable. Merci aux voisins de nous avoir prêtés des serviettes de toilettes parce que cela ne fait pas partie du linge de maison pour le propriétaire, mais cela n'est indiqué nulle part. Le lit enfant (la voiture rouge) est à déconseiller à un enfant de plus de 4 ans, il risque de se déboîter si l'enfant est trop lourd. Le point où je n'est rien à redire est la terrasse et l'espace piscine, encore que la douche extérieure ne fonctionnait pas, et même si cela avait été le cas, elle est mangée par la végétation... Je pense que le propriétaire devrait y séjourner plus souvent, il se rendrait compte de plusieurs défauts je pense...
