Rent T2 apartment that can accommodate 4 people, on the first floor of a small residence with its private parking and located 50 m from the beach and the first shops 10 minutes walk from the center and the marine lake.
The apartment includes a pleasant living room (EAST / SOUTH / WEST) with a meridian sofa (bed 140/200), a dining area with TV and mini channel, a kitchen area with fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine, plancha, washing machine, various small appliances and dishes.
Shower room and separate WC.
1 entrance with cupboard
1 bedroom with 2x80 / 200 bed (liftable head and feet) with cupboard.
South-facing terrace with lounge
It is fully equipped as new, a vacuum cleaner is available.
2 bikes are also on site in the bike room.
Non-smoking apartment (smoking on the terrace)
A cot, bathtub and a baby chair are available
deposit 300 € to be given on the 1st day of rental and a cleaning deposit will be requested if the apartment is made dirty.

Schöner Balkon zum Relaxen nach einem Strandtag. Kleinere Fahrradtouren mit den beiden Montain-Bikes sind auch möglich. Zudem hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt mit den Vermietern.

Bien équipé et très fonctionnel. On apprécie sa proximité avec la plage. Très calme au mois de juin
