Pleasant house, quiet, on wooded land of approximately 1500m² entirely enclosed by walls.
Air conditioning, electric gate.
Two large terraces surround the house to the South and West as well as a large landscaped garden.
All comfort to accommodate 6 people: 3 bedrooms; bathroom with WC, shower room and separate WC.
Sheets and towels provided.
Private heated swimming pool of 10m x 5m with Roman staircase, facing south, secured by means of an electric roller shutter.
Swimming pool room with sink, shower, WC, washing machine and dryer.
Private parking: 2 cars

We had a great time in Puyravault. The house was great and the pool was excellent

Property well equipped with a wonderful pool Garden area for children. Air conditioning a real bonus. Unfortunately the village has essentially died. There are no shops or bars within walking distance and the closest villages are not much better, although there are boulangeries in the next villages and a Spar supermarket in one of them. The property is advertised as 20 minutes from La Rochelle, but that is completely unrealistic.
Overall; property lovely but surroundings poor.

Very spacious and well equipped house. Pool is a very good size as is the large patio area and garden. Owners were extremely helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful location - small bakery in village. Easy to travel to La Rochelle, Ile de Re and numerous beaches along the coast.

The property was very good but there were 2 major tings that were incorrect on the VRBO website.
There were 3 bedrooms but one was locked and not available for us to use
It stated on the VRBO website that final cleaning was included in the proice but we had to pay the owner an additional 100 Euros and we've not had it refunded by VRBO
We arrived less than 30 minutes early and were sent away as we were early. Although we had to leave by 9am the owners arrived at 8.30am to look around the property
