About this house rental
In a peaceful setting, yet only 1300m from the beach, this spacious villa is perfect for a family holiday.
Our holiday home includes a living room with a TV and a single bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
This seaside villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with a terrace offering beautiful, unobstructed views. Please note that the garden is not fenced and borders a stream. The house is older and has not been renovated.
The advantages of this seaside rental: garage and parking in front of the house, washing machine and dishwasher, TV, 12m² terrace with garden furniture, unfenced garden bordering a stream.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Sheets and towels are not provided; you can reserve them by contacting the agency 10 days before your arrival.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

La maison est situé comme indiqué à 1300m de la mer, les supermarchés petits magasins et restaurant sont accessibles à pied.
Quant à la maison, elle est un peu mal entretenu: la salle de bain sale à notre arrivée, le sol était plein de sable, de poussières et le tapis de bain sentait le pipi de chien, c'est d'ailleurs une sorte de plaid à chien et non un vrai tapis de bain.
Les équipements sont suffisants ainsi que la vaisselle malgré qu'elle sentait entièrement mauvais à notre arrivée.
Certains verres étaient également fendu.
Dernier point négatif, les photos sont prises de sorte à faire penser que la terasse s'étend sur un grand champ alors que non, un canal sépare les deux et le champ est fermé au public.
Malgré tout ces défauts, la maison est agréable à vivre même à 7(le nombre max de personne), la pièce à vivre est grande et il y a une petite terasse utile pour déjeuner et dîner quand le vent n'est pas de la partie.

Décoration à revoir.literie hs .propreté à travailler.bon rapport prix pour 6 personnes..petit problème nous avons eu la visite du propriétaire étonné que la maison soit louée .!!
