GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION
Montigné sur moine is a rural village on the borders of Anjou, Vendée and Loire Atlantique, the gîte is ideally placed for visiting Clisson (10km), Puy du Fou (32km), Chateau de Barbe Bleue in Tiffauges (10km) or go to the sea at St Jean de Monts or visit the Chateaux of the Loire.

You will benefit close to many amenities, shops, services at 2km (crossroads Market, pharmacy, doctors, bakery, newspapers, hairdressers etc.), hyper and Super market in Clisson or St André de la Marche 10 km. Train station 10 km Clisson, Tram to Nantes 10 km Clisson every 20 minutes.

This country house restored to the authentic with its beams and exposed stones offers a living space of 80m². On the ground floor: dining room living room of 33m², fitted kitchen of 20m², 1 bedroom of 11.5m² with a double bed and a bedroom of 11.5m² with two separate beds, a mezzanine of 10m².

Baby equipment, bed, bath, small chair. Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine, TV, DVD player, library. The gite classified in the gites of France benefits from a wide range of kitchen utensils.

SERVICES and RATES
the rates are modulated according to the periods, fixed price 8 kw per day for lighting and current consumption, they do not include electric heating (read on arrival and departure in winter period), they do not include sheets and bathroom linen and cleaning.

Access to the gîte: Route N249 Cholet Nantes Exit n ° 5 Direction Montfaucon Montigné sur moine. When you arrive in Montigné after the cultural space, turn left towards the cemetery. After the cemetery 2nd street on the left rue du pas make 50 m then turn left again, make 1 km.

Great spot, lovely garden, ideal base for exploring the region.

The property needs some maintenance, all the garden needs attention as does the tree at the back of the house ,the branches have pushed the rain gutter out of line also the growth of tree means leaves and dead matter drops daily onto the patio & furniture, we cleaned daily collecting three sacks of debris,In addition the kitchen is poor a family of 4 Would have a problem on the plus side the air con in the kitchen was a bonus shame it did not reach the bedrooms, the peace an quiet is the main plus,we enjoyed our stay with shops a short drive away.
