Located on the 1st floor facing the tropical garden, the apartment benefits from a fully air conditioned 59m² space (including a 17m² terrace).
Newly equipped, it consists of an American kitchen (dishwasher, vitro hob, oven, microwave ...), a living area with flat screen TV 100 cm, a large bed (160 * 200) , a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a washing machine.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people (ideal for a couple with 2 children!)

A améliorer : mettre à disposition dans l’appartement, pour les séjours courts, un peu de lessive pour le linge, une éponge, plusieurs sacs poubelle....

Propriété très agréable et propre. Plage, boulangerie, pizzeria.....sont à proximités. Studio adapté au séjour ( comme si vous étiez chez vous) il ne manque rien. Le seul bémole, le restaurant situé dans l'établissement n'est pas recommandable :( très peu de repas pour un buffet à volonté pour 18€50 et personnel pas convivial.
