Lovely Spacious, 4BR, 3BA, Central AC, amenities galore for a relaxing getaway, featuring a Saltwater Pool with a Waterfall set on beautifully landscaped acre. EnJOY relaxing with a book by pool or front porch swing after a day at one of many beautiful beaches. You may like to workout in Exercise Studio, a walk by the Bay a mile away or take some free throws on basketball hoop. We are located 1 mile from Historic & Quaint Village of Sag Harbor with fabulous Restaurants, BayStreet Theater and lots of live music. Just 2 miles to Morton's Wildlife Refuse with beach access, 3 miles to Bridgehampton Classic Horse show, 2 miles to Long Beach Bay and just 5 miles to the Atlantic Ocean Beach with white soft sand. Located on Cul de Sac off of Noyac Rd. makes taking back roads easy and avoids Summer traffic.

We had an awesome time at Jim and Barbara's home in Sag Harbor / Noyack. The location was perfect and the pool was fantastic (our kids spent ~3 hours/day in there). Jim and Barbara we're very very easy to communicate with and promptly took care of the only small issue we had during our stay. We're definitely considering returning next year!

Wonderful weeklong stay for our family of 5. We were able to enjoy the pool, nearby beaches and parks, and family friendly Sag Harbor downtown with shopping and restaurants. The house and pool were clean and comfortable and Jim and Barbara were incredibly responsive and helpful with the few questions we had. Would happily vacation there again!

Great yard and house with a beautiful garden and pool, landscaping. Main St in Sag Harbor is 5 - 10 min drive away, Haven and Noyach (bay-side beaches) short drives away also. Cooper and East Hampton Main Beaches (ocean-side) ~20 min away. Numerous great parks and nature walks within a short drive (Mashashimuet Park, Cedar Point Park, Morton National Wildlife, Mashomack Reserver). Excellent dining options all a short drive (The Beacon, Barron's Cove, Page at 63 Main)
