Charming 18th century Provencal mazet of 90 m² located 300 m from the center of the village of Mazan, close to all amenities. 3 pleasant bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 WCs, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a spacious living-dining room (with a sofa bed), 2 shaded terraces, one of 40 m², private swimming pool ( 6X4.5X1.4 m): everything to make you spend a wonderful holiday under the sun of Provence in a beautiful natural setting! Ideal for 6 people with the possibility of 8 people. Possibility to rent bed linen (10 euro per room) and possibility of cleaning (60 euro) to be paid locally. We had a lovely holiday in Mazan. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly host, who gave us a thorough tour of the house. Everything was clean and well maintained. The house is spacious and well equipped, with three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full-size kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer – and of course a great swimming pool to cool off in.One thing to be aware of: although the listing mentioned air conditioning, the house does not have it. There are several fans available, and the thick insulation does help keep the house cooler during the day. Still, on warm summer nights, it can get quite hot – and if you sleep with the windows open, the mosquitoes might find their way in. A small tip: bring a mosquito net if you’re sensitive to that.Despite this, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place. It’s a peaceful and charming location – five stars from us!

We were met at the property by a neighbour who was lovely and helpful and also great when we left The house was great for just us 2 but would be great for families. It's a 2 minute walk to town which has all you need, a little supermarket , bakers, butcher brasserie and pizza restaurant and takeaways. The pool was ideal to cool off in and the outside space has great shaded places. The owners ask that you clean the pool filter daily which is 2 second job and easily done either at the start or end of the day Lovely to recommend this place.

Stayed for a week and did not want to leave. It was like living in some ones private house. Had all the charm and comfort we expected without being over the top. Local neighbors were friendly. We were met by the lady and family who looked after the house for the owners. Just be aware that cleaning the villa after you leave is not included in the price, but did not long to give the place a once over before we left. By the way you need to either take your own bed linen as this is not included or you could arrange for it to be supplied and cleaned at a cost. The pool was an added bonus, which we used every day. Villa is only a 5 minute walk into Mazan. So the walk to the bakery every morning and restaurants and bars in the evening was no problem. Mazan has all you need with little shops, a lovely church and even a bank for cash. Intend to visit again and reccommend it if you want to explore this area of France.

Petite maison très bien aménagée pour accueillir un couple et ses 3 enfants. La piscine est très agréable, assez profonde pour les adultes et passer d'excellents moments en famille. 2 terrasses ombragées selon l'heure de la journée. Est surtout très bien située! Mazan est un joli village au pied du Mont Ventoux, pas loin de Carpentras et de nombreuses activités aux alentours. 15 jours d'émerveillements aussi bien pour les enfants que pour nous. Les propriétaires n'étaient pas présents sur place mais très à l'écoute avant, pendant et après séjour. Nous avons suivi toutes les recommandations de Monsieur et c'était super. Nous avons été très bien reçu par la personne présente sur place. On ne connaissait pas la région, on fut ravie ! Producteurs locaux partout!!! Lac de Mormoiron, Abbaye de Senanques, Gordes, les champs de lavandes, les oliviers, les marchés ... Je recommande pleinement car vous ne serez pas déçu. Au plaisir de revenir

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine reposante cette été. La location est bien placé, au calme, pas très loin du centre du village et bien équipé. Nous avons pu profiter de notre séjour pour visiter la région, profiter des randos à pied ou en vélo au pied du mont ventoux (où jusqu'en haut pour les courageux). La piscine est très agréable pour se rafraîchir. Nous recommandons cette location.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, de woning was erg ruim met een heel fijn zwembad om lekker in af te koelen na een lange warme dag. Alles was aanwezig voor een prima vakantie. Dorpje met bakkerij en kiosk op loopafstand. In de nabijheid van veel bezienswaardigheden.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Mazan dans la maison de M et Mme Houriez. Nos enfants ont adoré la piscine, très bien entretenue ainsi que l'extérieur sans risque pour des enfants en bas âge. La maison est restée bien fraîche malgré les chaleurs et comportait tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons appréciés les conseils avisés des propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques et disponibles. Les gérants sur place sont également très sympathiques et à disposition en cas de besoin. Nous recommanderions cette location sans hésiter.

Dans un très beau cadre, villa très agréable avec belle piscine, très bien aménagée et complète, et surtout, très bien située pour visiter bons nombres de petits villages pittoresques. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et vu de très beaux endroits. Nous avons aussi pu jouir de la petite fête locale de Mazan où les jeunes ont pu participer à une soirée mousse sur la place du 8 mai. Ils ont adoré. Je conseille vivement à tous les amoureux de repos, de verdure, de paysages fabuleux et de villages pittoresques à visiter, de louer cette villa. Nous reviendrons certainement chez vous à Mazan. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilités et leur gentillesse.

Superbe location a deux pas du centre ville de Mazan, calme et très bien entretenue et en plus au pied du mont ventoux. Endroit parfait pour se reposer, profiter du soleil et prendre le temps de souffler au bord de la piscine ou pour les plus sportif parfait pour les balades à vélo réputées du mont Ventoux.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour durant les fêtes de fin d'année en Provence pour la première fois. Rien à dire sur la location correspondant parfaitement au descriptif qui nous avait été fourni. Nous y retournerons surement durant les périodes estivales pour profiter de cette charmante villa et du soleil du midi. Je conseille cette location idéale pour 6 personnes grâce à ses deux salles de bain. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité.
