Agnes and Michel offer you to stay in a new studio, (non-smoking! and pets not allowed!) the current comfort (air conditioning, washing dryer, microwave steam, grill / griddle for outdoor use. Nespresso Pixie on request, 2 TV flat screen TNT sat, internet ADSL wifi, a real bed 80x200 ... 2X + 1 extra bed 90x200 bottom) in a very quiet area. In the flower garden with bench and living room of our villa, video door security entrance. Centre Cial the Roqueturière and Carrefour Market 300 m. Location, week, month. Located 15 minutes. drive from Montpellier Méditerranée airport. 10 min. by tram from the station of Montpellier Saint Roch (line 2 towards Jacou, stop St Lazare 300m.) to 8 minutes from the Place de la Comédie, living center of the Shield, the heart of the city. But as close to the Hospitals-Faculties sector. While being 20 minutes. drive from the beaches of La Grande Motte, Carnon or Palavas, and 5 minutes walk from the green flow of the banks of Lez. and Meric Park. (The mileage and time are real ... checked on Via Michelin and Montpellier tramway of the site ...)

Studio vraiment impeccable, parfaitement équipé dans un quartier calme et vert mais proche du centre. C'est d'ailleurs la 5ème fois que je le loue, la dernière fois pendant 1 mois. Et qui plus est, les proprios, Agnès et Michel sont très sympathiques. Vraiment à conseiller .

Heureux de notre séjour dans le studio d'Agnès et Michel, qui sont très accueillants et disponibles si besoin. Pour une location tranquille à Montpellier, nous recommandons cette adresse. Tout correspond à ce qui est proposé, et, dans le logement, très propre, il ne manque rien. La situation est idéale, il faut 10 mn. en tramway pour être au centre ville avec, en plus, tous les commerces dans un rayon de 300 m.. Le lieu est calme, pratique pour une grasse mat'... C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons, mais pas la dernière... Agnès et Hubert

Venue travailler dans la région pour une semaine, j'ai passé d'excellents moments dans ce petit appartement, situé dans l'un des plus joli quartier de Montpellier, non loin d'un verdoyant parc et à quelques minutes du centre-ville par le tramway. Le calme du site, doublé de l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, ont rendu ce séjour très agréable.
