Bel appartement très bien situé pour aller à la mer et des commodités. Le ventilo dans la chambre est un véritable plus. Quartier assez calme. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parking privé.

La location était propre, le petit soucis c'est le bruit, les portes des appartements qui claquent, aucune insonnorisation, la porte de la baie vitrée très difficile à ouvrir, je pense qu'il faudrait réellement la changer, on annonce la télévision avec chaines françaises, n'avons pas réussi à les trouver.
