The Clarée valley, Les Alberts, Montgenevre, country house 150 m2, semi-detached, seasonal rental facing south 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room (Italian shower) with sauna.
On the ground floor a large fully equipped kitchen, vaulted dining area, on one level on the south outdoor terrace (6 m2) and a lounge area with pellet stove, utility room. -R1, on one level with the rear of the house, a living room with insert fireplace, a clearing office, separate toilet, bathroom and sauna. -R2, 2 bedrooms beds 140 and 180, one with balcony, separate toilet and bathroom (bath) double sink. -R3, 1 bedroom with 180 bed or 2 beds of 90. Additional beds possible in living room. (2 beds of 90) Oil central heating throughout the house.
At the foot of the cross-country ski trails in winter, 10 minutes from the Montgenevre station (shuttles) or Serre-Chevalier. Close to Briancon and all shops. In summer, departure for hikes and mountain biking circuits, Nevache, Col de l'Echelle, narrow valley.
