About this apartment rental
Our apartment is a studio cabin for 4 people of 21 m² completely renovated in 2010 which has been awarded the 3 pillows.
It is welcoming and comfortable, perfect for a good holiday!
It is located in the Val Claret residence in the Tommeuses.
It is on the slopes! You can leave and return skis to the foot ...
Tignes is a dynamic resort, open all year,

THE APARTMENT:
The studio consists of:
a main room with a kitchenette,
a separate cabin with window,
and a bathroom with toilet.
The heating is on the floor and in every room is an extra heating.
The bathroom and kitchen are tiled, the floor of the studio is covered with a laminated oak flooring.
It was completely renovated in 2010, electricity up to standard.
The lounge in the main room area is equipped with:
TV - DVD player
3 drawer dresser
CD-mp3-player alarm clock
a sofa bed 140x200 with 2 cushions,
2 pillows, a summer quilt and a Winter quilt for 2 people
The entrance is equipped with:
a dresser 6 drawers
a wardrobe which also arranged a vacuum cleaner, broom, broom brush, a small ironing board and iron, brush with a shovel, a small clothes line
a smoke detector
The kitchen area is equipped with:
a fridge
2 hotplates vitro-ceramic
dishwasher 4/6 covered located under the sink
a grill microwave
extractor hood
a table, 4 chairs and 2 stools
kettle, toaster and coffee
full service with 8 rooms
various kitchen utensils
pans, pots, bowls, cutting boards, Dutch oven, pressure cooker, little robot, salad spinner, colander ...
The cabin is equipped with:
2 beds super-posed with 2 drawers
2 pillows
2 duvets 1 person
one applies for each sleeping
Warning: the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years
The bathroom is equipped with:
bath
a vanity unit with 2 drawers
a heated towel rail with turbo option
a hairdryer
hanging toilet
THE SKI RACKS:
The lockers are heated, so you will have the pleasure of seeing you every morning dry and warm boots to go skiing!
Note that ski boots are not allowed in the residence.
You can easily store in the locker 4 pairs of shoes and four pairs of skis or snowboards.
THE RESIDENCE Tommeuses:
The public areas were recently renovated, an extension was built to accommodate the new ski lockers.
A guardian is present.
2 elevators are available.

Absolutely perfect location and perfect cosy flat. Loved it!

Smallest appartment we stayed in but relatively comfortable and well equipped. The best thing was the ski in - ski out location. Other big pluses are good ski lockers and a bath -really appreciated after the day at the pistes. Check in/out was easy and very friendly.

Place is near to the slopes. Cheapest we could find in the area but definitely worth the stay. Place is warm despite the freezing cold weather outside. Property is generally clean but there were just few issues like bin from previous occupier not emptied, and some hairs in the toilet.
