About this house rental
Charming artist's house on the spot of a pedestrian village
5 PEOPLE. FAMILY or Ideal 2 COUPLES with children / 2 TERRACES. 3 bedrooms.
No car traffic. Access via pedestrian streets but parking lots 50 metres away.
Main access to the terrace on the first floor (bicycle shed) equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs under a shaded arbour and in continuity the small enclosed garden.
Kitchen with direct access to the shaded terrace.
1. First floor bedroom with a double bed 140x200, equipped with a shower and sink with French window on site and window on terrace/garden.
Relaxation room with exposed stones with 1 single bed and separate toilet.
Upstairs, living room with French window opening onto spacious terrace n°2 facing west, unobstructed view of the mountains (West) + window facing (East) on the pedestrian square.
2. Bedroom with 1 double bed 140x200, equipped with shower, sink and toilet in alcove, 2 windows West (garden) and East (pedestrian square)
3. Former painter's studio with 1 single(90) for children and teenagers.
Very quiet environment.
Butcher's shop (excellent roast chickens in Jean's butcher's shop 50 m from the house) on order on weekends, grocery store, at the hotel LA SANTA at the roundabout of the church when arriving at the village, bread and pastries depot (go there in the morning!).
Restaurants and tobacco nearby.
Parking 50 meters away.
Many hikes from the village.
Many villages of Balagne nearby.
Pottery and workshops on request in the village.
Donkey ride in the village.
Horse riding, tennis courts and yoga classes in Monticello (4kms).
Canoeing/Diving/Catamaran in Ile Rousse.
Beaches 10 minutes drive away.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus und haben es total genossen. Es liegt perfekt, ist bezaubernd eingerichtet und ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Im Dorf gibt’s täglich frisches Baguette, das Meer ist nicht weit, und der Sonnen- und Blumenliebhaber kommt ebenso auf seine Kosten wie der Schattenmensch!
Wir haben es sehr genossen und en plus, die.Vermieterin spricht deutsch:))

Schöne ruhige Wohnung mit hellem lichtdurchfluteten Aufenthaltsraum, geschmackvoller Küche mit qualitativ hochwertiger Ausstattung: ( Spülmaschine cerankochfeld ….)
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne geschützte Freibereich: direkt an die Küche angrenzend gibt es einen mit Pflanzen überdeckten Freisitz in einem kleinen Gartenhof und im Obergeschoß ist noch ein schöner großzügiger Balkon.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir verbrachten im Sommer 2010 ganz tolle Ferien in Santa Reparata und genossen die Annehmlichkeiten des schöne Feirenhaus: einen wild duftenden Garten, Gartentisch unter einer Weinpergola, die Sonnenterrasse im 1. Stock und überhaupt das Flair einer authetischen korsischer Architektur. Zudem wurden wir von den angrenzenden Nachbarn sehr herzlich empfangen und genossen diesen direkten Kontakt. Die Vermietung erfolgte sehr unkompliziert. Wir empfahlen das Ferienhaus bereits an Freunden weiter - auch Sie genossen die Zeit im Ferienhaus.
