We have stayed at this house twice. Great location. Great private pool. We love that all bedrooms have their own private bath!
Furniture updates needed and the walkway to the beach is in need of repair, otherwise, great beach house!

Lucky circumstances that 2 of our friends couldn't make it, 12 would have been too tight. 5 bed, 5 baths were perfect with 2 per room. Location was great but will be phenomenal when the pier is finished. All good experience with rental property people, answered all calls and concerns.

The house is very outdated and the cleaning was very subpar. We found food under the living room couches that was very visible. The furniture especially the living room was very poor and the outdoor furniture and pool furniture was broken of very rusted and some chair so rusted they were broken into. The pool area was very poorly maintained along with the walkway to the beach. The stairwell off the back deck to the pool is very dangerous and needs attention. Post railings are loosening or just not attached. The house is in a great location but needs a major update.
